The
California Bee Company
The California Bee Company keeps healthy bee hives using
natural management methods and supports their endeavors by offering
raw,
unfiltered
local honey, hand-dipped beeswax candles, and a limited amount
of pollen and propolis. All of their products come straight from
the hive, and do not undergo any processing.
Classic Organics (organic)
Classic Organics offers lettuce in varieties such as romaine, red
butter, and red leaf year-round. Depending on the season,
you’ll also find watermelons,
cantaloupes, heirloom tomatoes, bell peppers, cucumbers, squash,
chard, strawberries, radicchio, dandelion greens, fennel, beets,
carrots, apricots, peaches and more.

Fair Hills Farm is committed to being the preferred supplier of organic produce.
They offer 11 varieties of apples, apricots, cherries, peaches, nectarines,
pears, pluots, wine grapes, and plums. Fat
Uncle Farms (sustainable)
The oddly named Fat Uncle Farms has extraordinarily tasty almonds from Wasco,
northwest of Bakersfield.
Finley Farms (organic)
Finley Farms of Santa Ynez offers a large variety of seasonal row crops such
as lettuce, beets, tomatoes, turnips, rutabagas, fennel, and peas, as well
as melons, strawberries and raspberries, to name a few.

Family Farm ("beyond organic")
Jimenez Family Farm is a small-scale family farm located in the Santa Ynez
Valley. Utilizing “beyond organic” and sustainable farming practices,
they provide fresh, healthy, and delicious food to the local communities.

Rose Cannery
Katie Rose Cannery makes jams, fruit butters, jellies and syrups using heirloom
fruit from a small orchard on a family ranch in Santa Barbara County.
La
Nogalera
La Nogalera Walnut Oil is the product of the combined efforts of three walnut
growers in Santa Barbara County. Our ranches have a heritage from the days
of the old Spanish Land Grants and our walnut orchards are some of the last
remaining walnut orchards in this cool Central Coast area of California. The
orchards are located along the Santa Ynez River between Buellton and Lompoc.
Hibbits Ranch is located on the west about twelve miles from the Pacific Ocean.
La Nogalera is located about fourteen miles upstream and Rancho La Viña
is located approximately half-way between.

Growers of organic fruits, mainly avocados and citrus fruits, in

Rancho La Viña is a family owned and operated ranch located on the Central
Coast of California. Our 2,800 acres are what remains of the Santa Rosa Land
Grant which we purchased in the 1860's. Our crops are grown within the Sta.
Rita Hills AVA which is well known for its high quality Pinot Noir grapes.
In addition to Pinot Noir wine grapes, we grow a variety of other crops which
are uniquely suited to our local climate. Our Premium Central Coast Walnuts
are well known for their excellent quality, as are our organic heirloom tomatoes.

In a very short time, Roots has gained favor for its sweet carrots,
tomatoes, lettuce, and melons.
